The “Entrepreneurial Skill Pass” (ESP) provided by JAM is an internationally recognized exam system, which is available to all young people aged 15-19 with entrepreneurial experience and knowledge, to measure their competencies and skills necessary for starting a successful business or getting a job in an innovative and valid way.
The test focuses on creativity, perseverance, confidence, responsibility and teamwork. In addition to providing immediate feedback to participating students, the system also makes the above-mentioned skill levels measurable, thereby helping young people to gain more in-depth self-knowledge and career orientation ideas.
