This contributes to the formation of microplastics, which further exacerbate environmental pollution. GreenFilters offers an innovative solution by converting cigarette butts into high-quality activated carbon, a versatile material with various applications. When we created the slogan, we first considered several words that had multiple meanings and suggested multiple ideas to get a short, yet fair and detailed sentence that represented us. We chose the word “crafting” instead of “creating” to clarify that we specifically make handmade, personalized products, not mass-produced wooden products such as furniture. The word “dreams” also refers to the fact that we tailor our services to the needs of the customer, thus fulfilling their dreams with a unique and well-designed product. Finally, the term “in wood” refers to the fact that we engrave our products, referring to our laser cutting technology. In our school, we noticed a problem of orientation among students, caused by the lack of door signs. In response to this problem, we started producing eco-friendly door signs for each classroom to help students navigate the school. We have now expanded our business and are constantly looking for new products that are decorative and useful, fitting different needs, including for our two current partners: the traditional themed restaurant chain, “La Plăcinte” and the meat processing company, “Salamer”.
